Experience
Sa'adiyah Masoud is a litigation associate with the Professional Practices Group at Donovan Hatem LLP. Her work includes representing a range of clients involved in complex civil litigation in federal and state court. Sa’adiyah’s recent litigation matters include:
- Representing an architectural firm in a case involving the design and construction of a state-of-the-art science and math building at a noted private school;
- Representing an engineering firm related to the structural design of an underground garage at a luxury condominium complex;
- Representing a construction management firm concerning the design and installation of a standby power generator; and,
- Representing an architectural firm related to the building envelope renovation of a multi-million dollar condominium complex.
Sa’adiyah’s work has also included representing clients in litigation involving water treatment facilities, recladding projects, bridge collapses, underground construction, road and traffic planning, interior design and municipal and state-run projects. Sa’adiyah also provides contract review and other related legal services to design professionals.
Prior to joining Donovan Hatem, Sa’adiyah served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court from 2006-2007, and at the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General, Government Bureau/ Trial Division in 2006.
