Paul has a BS and MS in Civil Engineering, a certification in Professional Coaching and a certification in Dialogue Training. He began his career at Metcalf & Eddy, and has been a Principal of the LEA Group, Woodard & Curran and Wright Pierce. With 34 years of experience in the environmental engineering services industry, his roles have included developing, leading and managing major projects, teams and startups. Paul started Weisman Consulting in 2002.
