In this roundtable presentation, Jay Gregory and Stephen F. Rusteika, Jr., Senior Principal and Project Management Practice Group Leader at PMA Consultants, discuss common situations, scenarios, and predicaments that often create exposure for design professionals. Mindful of Francis Bacon's observation that "knowledge is power," the goal of this presentation is to forewarn and forearm design professionals to mitigate and/or eliminate such exposure.
